RS6000-Pad60 series thermal pad has high thermal conductivity. It is self-adhesive on both sides. When bonded with electronic components, it exhibits lower thermal resistance and better electrical insulation characteristics under low compression. Working on it under -40 to 150 degree celsius is the most ideal, and it fulfils the flame retardant grade V-0 of the UL 94 standards.
